Do WACACO products require electricity or batteries?
Most of our flagship products, including the Minipresso and Nanopresso, are completely manual and require no electricity or batteries. They operate using a patented pumping system to reach optimal extraction pressure.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all WACACO brewing devices come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

How do I clean my portable espresso machine?
